The purpose of this document is to define the Change Readiness Assessment that will be used during
the Realize phase of the project. The first survey will be used as a baseline to determine awareness
and understanding:
During the Realize phase of the project we will be assessing the level of awareness and understanding of the
project by Associates based on the following key areas:
A Change Readiness Assessment is a series of questions used to test the effectiveness of change and
communication activities planned and undertaken. The results provide the OCM team with data to
continue with activities that are working or highlight gaps that need to be addressed by updating
plans or tactics used.
There will be questions that will be repeated in other assessments conducted during further phases
to provide and upward/positive trend. These questions are highlighted in blue.

The survey questions will be issued to all Honda Associates for both AUH and MPE electronically and results
collated to in a report summary with suggested recommendations for future change and communication
activities.

The Honda1SAP Project team is surveying all Associates to assess your understanding of the project. Your help
is needed to shape a successful delivery of the project for you and your teams.
Following analysis of the survey findings, actions will be developed and implemented to address any concerns,
issues, questions or information gaps that arise to assist you to manage your teams.
The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Please complete the survey as soon as possible,
and by COB on Friday 27 November 2016. We would appreciate you completing the survey without assistance
from your colleagues so we can build a clear understanding.
