1. What kinds of people may lose things often?

Personally I think, People who have a bad memory and are unorganized tend to lose things often.

FOR EXAMPLE……………………………………………………………………….................

……………………………………………………………………….........................................

2. What can we do to prevent losing important things?

Actually, We should try to keep things organized like instead of leaving things here and there, we
should have designated places for things and we should always place them there. FOR INSTANCE,
car keys should be hung on a key holder, that way you will never lose them

3. What would you do if you saw something valuable but didn’t belong to you on the street?

In my opinion, If I find something that doesn’t belong to me, I will first try to find the owner of that
thing. If I am unable to do so, then I will donate it to the poor. Or I can report this situation for the
nearest police station and ask them for help

4. What kinds of things have you lost so far?

Well, I keep losing a lot of things and sometimes I really feel bad about it. Once I lost my wallet and
it had my ID documents as well apart from the money. At that time, I have to ……………………..
………………………………………………………………………………………………………………

5. What do you usually do to look for lost items?

Firstly, I try to remember where I had last kept the item, if I am not able to recall it, I ask my
parents or my friends about it. Secondly, I spend time on searching everywhere I think it can be. If I
don’t find it, I will buy a new one

PART 3: -TOPIC 10 - S APOLOGY

1. Is it important to say sorry?
“Yes, of course! Everyone makes mistakes that leads to a misunderstanding or even argument and
it’s very important that you should say that you are sorry for what you have done. First, it will help
you to release bad feelings you’re holding when you did something bad. Second , saying sorry can
show that you’re sincere and it can bridge any gaps between you and others, I believe that.

2. What situations do people say sorry?

“Well, there are many situations that lead people to say sorry, for examples, when you do something
wrong, you broke something, or simply just bump against with each other on the bus, you know.
But the one that comes up quite often is when you accidentally hurt someone’s feelings. Then
we really need to say that we are sorry for our thoughtlessness, as soon as possible”

3. Why do some people hate to say sorry?

Personally I think you’re sorry to a person for what you have done, especially in serious
situations. It takes you courage(Dũng khí) to do that because everyone has their own self-
esteem (Lòng tự trọng) and no one wants to admit that they’re wrong, especially for those who
are pigheaded(Cứng đầu) and stubborn (Ngang bướng)”

4. When will people say thank you?

“Well I believe that “Thank you” can be a powerful pair of words, especially if the person you’re
thanking really needs to hear them, or isn’t expecting them. People often say thank you when they
really appreciate something that you did for them, And saying thank you is as important as saying
sorry because being appreciated is one of those things that really satisfies and motivates us .

5. When was the last time you found it hard to accept an apology?
Let me think, “It’s when I was 16 years old, my friend and I had a big fight. Somehow she ended up
insulting (xuc pham) me. I couldn’t accept her apology at all even though it seemed honest. I
then still forgave her but our friendship can never be the same anymore. I feel sorry for that”
