COUNCIL, SESSION HELD AT BARANGAY MAIGANG, LILOY, ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE, ON MAY 23, 2019.
RESOLUTION NO. SERIES OF 2020
“A RESOLUTION TO SUBMIT TO THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN COUNCIL OF LILOY, THE
ANNUAL BUDGET CY 2020 AMOUNTING TO PHP186,455.50 OF SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BARANGAY MAIGANG, LILOY, ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE FOR BUDGET REVIEW”.
WHEREAS, Sec.20 of RA 10742 provides that ten percent (10%) of the general fund of the barangay shall be set aside for the SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN (SK) which shall be disbursed by the SK solely for youth development and empowerment purposes;
WHERAS, the SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN of BARANGAY MAIGANG, LILOY,
ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE were the elected youth from KATIPUNAN NG KABATAAN who will prepare and consolidate the programs, plans and activities that shall empower the youth and ensure meaningful participation in local governance and nation building.
WHERAS, the SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN of BARANGAY MAIGANG had conducted
consultations to the KATIPUNAN NG KABATAAN for possible programs, projects and activities for CY 2020-2022 in accordance to the RA 10742, DBM-DILG-NYCJMC No. 1,s2019 and DILG MC No. 2019-151;
WHEREAS, the SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN had prepared the Annual Budget CY 2020 amounting to Php 186,455.50 in accordance with the approved Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan (CBYDP) for CY 2020-2022 and Annual Barangay Youth Investment Program (ABYIP) CY 2020;
NOW THEREFORE, in view of the foregoing consideration and on motion of SK KAGAWAD
KEMUEL L. PALERMO and unanimously seconded by this august body, be it-
RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to submit to the SANGGUNIANG BAYAN
COUNCIL of the MUNCIPALITY of LILOY, ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE the ANNUAL BUDGETCY 2020 amounting to Php 186, 455.50 of the SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN of BARANGAY MAIGANG, LILOY, ZMBOANGADEL NORTE, for budget review.

SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN MAIGANG, LILOY, ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE
Gentleman/Ladies,
It is my pleasure to submit SK Annual Budget for the Calendar Year 2020 of this Local Government Unit for your proper deliberation and action, the Annual Budget with the amount of ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY-SIX THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY FIVE AND FIFTY FIVE PESOS (Php186,455.50) ONLY. Represent the total effort of this Local Government Unit to respectable budget that can be address the need of our constituency for this year.
Much as given emphasis in the operation of which budget policies, objectives trust and priorities are the order of the day not with standing determination of the Fiscal target income.
The performance of our previous budget is particular the next preceding year, have been largely instrumental of this preparation hence the tight honorarium are the same.
In ending, it may honest belief that we have prepared a sound budget in the accordance with existing laws, rules and regulation and other relatives circular.
