    3. My wife and son will be travelling with me to Sydney, Australia during the last
    quarter of this year.

    4. I have sufficient income/assets to responsibly cover my wife and son’s expenses


    during our entire trip to Sydney, Australia, including return flights to the
    Philippines, as well as any and all other unforeseen expenses which my wife and
    son may incur during our entire stay in Sydney, Australia.

    5. As the husband and father, I hereby accept and assume any and all responsibility
    for their welfare, including all financial expenses related to their travel and stay in
    Sydney, Australia.

    6. I guarantee that they will abide by all laws and regulations of the Australian
    Government.

    7. This Affidavit is for the purpose of attesting to the truth of the foregoing facts, in
    support of my wife and son’s application for Australian Visa.
