1. Magnetic Levitated Vortex Dyeing Machine Model – HJ-18L

• Sample Weight - 15 – 50 gms.
• No. of Dyeing Positions - 18
• Material:Liquor Ratio - 1: 5
• Dyeing Temperature - 20° C -150° C
• Rate of heating - Max. 5° C/minute and can be controlled
• Dyeing beaker volume - 300 + 300ml
• The circulation of liquor is achieved with the help of Magnetic levitation and there are no
pumps. Circulation can be from inside-out or outside-in,
• Flow rate in the dye pots - 0-70 Litres/minute/Kg.
• Dye liquor circulation can be inside-out and outside-in and the duration of each cycle can
be controlled and programmed
• Conditions in the each dye pot can be individually programmed separately through
microprocessor control. This enables a user to carry out dyeings with different dye classes
under different dyeing conditions and on different substrates in the same bath and at the
same time.
• Total dyeing programme available are 100. This is applicable to each dye pot separately or
for the complete set of dye pots.
• Each programme has 30 steps
• Dosing of chemicals and auxiliaries can be done by any of the following methods:-
o Direct
o Through a cup kept at the top of the each dye pot
o Pressure dosing. Progressive dosing also possible and conditions thereof can be
preset through controller (Optional).
o Dosing Pump (Optional).
• Cooling by water circulation
• Power Consumption - 5.6 KW single phase 200V / 50Hz
• Dyeing Beakers and Bobbins are made of SS 316 and casing of the machine is made of SS
304.
