    AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING

    I, MORE, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Quezon City, Philippines,


    after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and state:

    1. That I am the President of MORRES INC, a corporation engaged in


    the manufacturing of plants duly registered with the Securities &
    Exchange Commission and located at Makati City;

    2. That MORRES is applying for Accreditation as Importer with the


    Bureau of Internal Revenue;

    3. That MORRES and its officers and employees will comply with the
    duty to preserve and maintain records for a period of ten (10) years and
    to allow access to examination by the BIR, BOC and the Fiscal
    Intelligence Unit of the Department of Finance (“DOF-FIU);

    4. That this Undertaking is executed to attest to the truth of the foregoing


    and for whatever legal purpose and intent it may serve.
