    AFFIDAVIT OF DENIAL

    I, MARK LOUI BANTILAN ALON, of legal age, Filipino, married, and a


    resident of Purok-2, Katipa, Lopez Jaena, Misamis Occidental, after having been duly
    sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and say, That:

    1. According to the records from the authorities, I am the owner of the following
    firearms, to wit:

    2. I hereby strongly deny possession and ownership over the above-described


    firearms considering that I am only twenty (20) years old and our family has no

    3. I am executing this affidavit in order to attest to the truthfulness and veracity of


    the foregoing statements and to deny possession and ownership over the said
    firearms and for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
