Lovely Professional University, Phagwara Aug 2018- Oct 2018

• The Color Guessing Game: The project is based on the RGB color system. The RGB color system contain 256
colors. The player is given a random code of a color in a RGB format. The player will have to guess the correct color
from that code select the correct option of out the provided ones. There are two difficulty levels, easy or hard. In easy
level the user is given only three options of colors out of which he has to select only the correct one, but in hard level
the user will be given six options to choose from. User can play again if he likes to do so. The technologies used in this
project are HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript.
• The Patatap Clone: The project is developed using HTML, CSS, jQuery and paperJs. The system’s task is to generate
a different sound when a particular key is pressed on the keyboard. However the range of keys are limited to the
alphabet keys only. The sounds for different have been downloaded and are saved in a local directory. The system is
actually a clone of Google’s Patatap clone but is developed with different technologies. The paperJs and jQuery are the
libraries of the JavaScript which make our code easier to understand and simple to develop. The paperJs is required to
integrate the sounds to the keys.
• The To-do List app: The project is a website which is meant to store and manage the to-do list. The project is
developed using HTML, CSS, jQuery and JavaScript. The system contains the task which the user is planning to do in
his whole day. The user can add a to-do and check it off too once it done and can delete the to-dos which aren’t any
useful. The system contains some animations using CSS and it has gradient background display.
• The ATM Management System: This project is developed using Python, SQLite and tkinter GUI. All of them are
integrated and SQLite acts as the database server and the interface that react with the user is GUI. The GUI of this
project contains basic functions like canvas, root and some functions. The system plays the role of an ATM
management system and it has five modules wiz main screen, withdrawal console, balance enquiry, pin change and
deposit. They all are integrated. And the code editor used for this is Python 3.6.3 IDLE.

• The Hotel Management System: The project is website of a Hotel Management System. The technologies used to
make the project are HTML, CSS and JavaScript. There system has number of modules as hotel room booking, hotel
home page, the security and privacy policies and services like movie booking, room services or cab booking. The
system also has local directory for images and videos for different sections.
• The Four Way Traffic Light Controller: The project is Arduino based system designed on a breadboard. The
circuit of the system contains Arduino as the microprocessor, male to male connecting wires, a breadboard and 5ohm
resistors which control the power and current flow in the different segments of the circuit. The real job of the system
was to be an efficient traffic light at a four way, so that no sides should green at the same time which will cause
accidents. The coding of the system is done through a code editor of Arduino and in the Arduino language.
• Travel Booking System: The aim of the project is to assist travelers who are planning their trip. The technology on
which the project is based on is C++. There are different functions of this project like booking a hotel and checking
their prices, booking a plane for international destinations or booking a train for domestic destinations. File handling
is also used in the project to keep records or update them.

Microsoft Full Stack Development Camp, Lovely Professional University, Phagwara 20 April 2018- 10May2018

• The Railway Reservation System: This project/website used technologies wiz bootstrap4, HTML, CSS3,
JavaScript, Mongo DB, NodeJs, jQuery, php. This is a fully fledged system with full front-end and back-end. The
back-end was powered by Mongo DB and php. The webpages were dynamic and responsive. The project was made
and executed under the guidance of instructors of full stack camp. The modules were to login and signup, book the
reservation, cancellation and its terms and policy, payment pages, the privacy & security conditions. We added the
feature to see each and every train’s seat maps, using API’s to fetch data from a site called indainralil.info/seat-map.

• The Hangman Game: The project is developed in C language. The user/player has to guess the name of the specific
movie which is being displayed in with blanks in between. The players were given 5 chances to complete the movie or
they will be hanged, in other words, game over! The maximum times a user can play is thrice, after that the application
closes itself.

Microsoft Hackathon, Lovely Professional University, Phagwara 18Th Nov 2017- 20th Nov 2017

• The T-shirt Customization Website: The basic technology used to make this website is WordPress. WordPress
gives us a platform to create dynamic websites without starting from scratch. Few other technologies which are used
are HTML, CSS and JavaScript for additional customization. The additional feature which we added in this website
over the other website is that the customer can virtually try the T-shirt on virtually just by uploading a photo of his
and he/she can customize the T-shirt and request owner to deliver the same.
