SAILOR 3027 mini-C Antenna – Service Handling

Dear valued Partner,

On 1st December we announced extended warranty on all TT-3027 mini-C antennas, and a
mandatory software upgrade of certain SAILOR 61xx mini-C systems / TT-3027 mini-C
antenna batches.
In order to avoid misunderstanding and waste of resources we want to clarify how service
cases are to be handled, and we temporarily and partly remove the TT-3027 from the CPP
(Customer Protection Plan).
 All TT-3027 mini-C antennas are covered by the factory warranty until end of 2016
o Faulty TT-3027 accepted under warranty will be credited as already implemented
in the CPP

 Although the software upgrade is required to make certain functions fully operational in
all conditions in certain batches produced from 1st February to 31st December 2013 we do
not accept TT-3027 mini-C antennas just needing the new software returned for
warranty credit
o In other words, these units are exempted from the CPP

 TT-3027 mini-C antennas received on warranty claims but diagnosed as No Fault Found,
or just needing the new software, will be returned as NFF as already practised for
ordinary repair services
Please do not hesitate to contact us (repair department) should you have any questions.

Yours sincerely
