    MOTION TO RESET HEARING

    COMES NOW the undersigned counsel, unto this Honorable


    Court, respectfully states THAT:

    1. The hearing of this case was set on May 22, 2019 for the
    presentation of defendant’s witness and oral offer of evidence of the
    defendants. However, upon checking the previous schedule of his
    other cases, the undersigned has a prior scheduled hearing in the
    Regional Trial Court, Malolos City, Bulacan on the same date;

    3. With this, the undersigned is constrained to respectfully


    request the Honorable Court to reset the hearing of the instant case
    to another date, subject to the availability of the Honorable Court’s
    calendar.

    4. That this motion to reset is not intended to delay this case


    but based on above reasons.

    WHERFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully


    moves that the May 16, 2019 hearing be reset subject to the
    availability of the Honorable Court’s calendar.
