    DISADVANTAGES

    There are many videos which spread the wrong information through the
    YouTube. Therefore, the validity of different posts on YouTube can be a
    concern when we want to use this tool either in our educations or in our daily
    lives. We should not fully believe in the knowledge that we receive from the
    videos. We have to think rationally to determine whether the information from
    the YouTube videos is true or false. However, teenagers nowadays lack a lot of
    knowledge on making wise decisions, they are unable to determine whether the
    information they are choosing is valid. The abundance of videos on YouTube is
    hard to sift through to find a valid information. There is a lot of resources on
    YouTube that are uploaded by the YouTubers with their own thoughts and
    opinions. Therefore, their thoughts and opinions can be false. In short, the
    information that we get from YouTube maybe not true.

    There are many uncensored or sexual harassment clip which is not suitable
    for the young age user. Whether it is purposefully done or not, these type of
    explicitly unsuitable for general viewing videos can be found in abundance on
    YouTube. When we initially came to YouTube for research or educational
    purposes, but end up with getting their eyes caught up towards these 'wild'
    videos on the Related Videos list. This makes YouTube a very unsafe place for
    viewers below the age of 18. What makes it even worse is that although
    YouTube started making changes towards their standard rules and regulations
    whereby users now have to sign up for an account to access these 18+ materials,
    there are actually many more 18+ videos out there that are usually titled in
    languages other than English that comes undetected and thus unfiltered by
    YouTube. In brief, YouTube will affect the development of mental of a child
    due to the sexual harassment clip that can be found from the video list.
    All in all, YouTube is a really convenient for all the people nowadays.
    YouTube has its advantageous and disadvantages. We can use it to distress by
    watching the videos that we are interested in. However, we have to aware of
    how we use them. If we could use the social media smartly and wisely, having
    YouTube will become a good change for us.
