Respected Sir/Madam,
We are pleased to inform you that we are going to publish an edited book with ISBN under the
proposed title “Conflict and Education” in September 2020 from a reputed International
Academic Publishing House. For that purpose, we are requesting your good self to prepare
and submit a research paper/chapter with reference to the following guidelines.
GUIDELINES FOR THE AUTHORS

The Word limit of full paper should not exceed 6000 words at any cost
The manuscript must be written in “United Kingdom English”, using ‘Times New Roman’
adopting Normal style with Front size of 12 in ‘MS-Word’ format.
The authors are strictly advised to adopt 6th edition American Psychological Association
Format for the References.
Footnotes must be avoided
The manuscript should be attached electronically in two formats both as word and as
pdf in the mentioned e-mail.
The manuscript should be free from plagiarism as all the submitted manuscripts shall
be plagiarised. The rate of acceptance for the similarity of the manuscripts will be 15%.
Any manuscript with more than 15% similarity will be rejected.
Tables, Charts or Graphs (if any) must be put in the main body of the Article itself.

About the Authors
Prof. N. A. Nadeem
Prof. N. A. Nadeem holds Ph.D., KAS served as the Head & Dean, School of Education, Central
University of Kashmir and Faculty of Education, University of Kashmir. He was
honoured with ‘National Vijay Shree Award (2004)’ and
‘National Saraswati Award UGC (2010)’. He has 30 years of teaching and
research experience. In addition under his guidance 30 M. Phil. and 20 Ph.D.
degrees have been awarded. He has authored six books and 50 research papers
in national and international journals. He has constructed and standardized 16
psychological tests. He has participated in 25 international/ national /regional
and state level seminars/ workshops/ conferences. His areas of specialization
are Educational Research, Teacher Education, Measurement and Evaluation
and Sociology of Education.
Dr. Z. A. Nadaf
Dr. Zaffar Ahmad Nadaf was born in Yaripora, Tehsil of District Kulgam
Kashmir. He completed his Bachelors from Degree College Kulgam; B.Ed.
from Rehmat-e-Aalam College of Education, Anantnag; M.Ed. from
University of Kashmir; M. A. (Education) from Indira Gandhi National Open
University and Ph.D. (Education) from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. In
addition to that Dr. Zaffar is presently pursuing Post-Doctoral Program
Sponsored by Indian Council of Social Science and Research New Delhi at
Central University of Kashmir.
Dr. Z. A. Nadaf holds Teaching & Research experience of four years at
University Level. His research interests are Conflict & Education; Educational Administration and
Supervision; Higher Education & Organisational Behaviour. Moreover, he has two books to his credit
and has published a sizable number of Research Papers in various Journals of international repute
including Scopus Elsevier. Dr. Zaffar is a recipient of Best Young Researcher Award (Below 40 Years)
in Year 2019.
