Terms and Conditions:-
1.Specifications:
1.1) The Windows & Doors are manufactured according to the specification as approved by the customer in this schedule.
1.2) The Glass specifications are mentioned in the quotation just to select the appropriate glazing beads & Hardware.
1.3) The sizes mentioned in the quotation are NOT the final fabrication sizes of the windows. Final Sizes may differ and accordingly the FINAL price
will be calculated.
1.4) Elevations shown in the drawings are as viewed from outside the room by default.
1.5) Our representative will come to measure the windows, once all the openings are ready. You are requested to appoint a representative who'll be
authorized to verify the measurements and designs. The visit will be with your agreement only once when all the openings are ready.
1.6) The measurement sheet along with designs needs to be confirmed in writing by you to enable us take the same into production.
1.7) Windows once produced cannot be changed /modified, hence it is requested to check the measurements and designs thoroughly before
approving.
1.8) If the sizes /designs are changed after final measurement, you'll be responsible for rejection and any replacement will be charged as per actuals.
1.9) Unless otherwise specified in writing, the standard hardware and handles as followed by GLASXPRESS will be applied.
2.Pricing:
2.1) Prices are for White Profile Systems, unless otherwise specified.
2.2) Prices are Ex-Works, GLASXPRESS (Siliguri)
2.3) Prices are exclusive of Installation & Exclusive of Freight, Insurance, Unloading, Shifting and H&I unless otherwise specified.
2.4) Price of Glass is included in the total value of windows, wherever specified.
2.5) Taxes, shall be extra as per actuals.
3.Payment:
3.1) Orders with a gross value less than or equal to Rs. 5,00,000/- are to be paid 100% in advance along with technically clear and
confirmed order.
3.2) In case the gross value of the order is more than Rs. 5,00,000/- following payment terms are applicable:
a) 60% of the gross order value as advance payment.
b) 30% at the time of delivery, before dispatch.
c) 10% after complete handing over.
4.Delivery:
4.1) Minimum Three weeks from the date of 60% advance payment along with confirmed order (unless otherwise committed).
4.2) Freight of the goods is to be paid by the party either directly to the transporter or to our representative in cash at the time of delivery.
4.3) The customer should confirm the wooden packing for windows/doors (if required) at the time of confirmation of the order. The charges Rs. 1500
per square metre of the size of the window/door are applicable for wooden packing. Minimum 2 working days are required for wooden packing to
be done.
4.4) you agree that we will not be liable for any delay which arises from force majure reasons and causes beyond our control for example, fire, flood,
riot, earthquake, civil disturbances, strikes, criminal damages, acts of war, government restrictions, shortage of labour and non availability of
materials.
4.5) Once materials are delivered, you will be responsible for the safety and security of the materials till installation. In case of any damage,
replacement will be charged to the client.
5. Installation
5.1) In case the installation is delayed due to site conditions, or any other site related reasons, GLASXPRESS will not be responsible for the delay. For
outstation sites, actual boarding, lodging and traveling expenses of the installation team will have to be paid by the client in case the installation is
delayed or cancelled due to site non-readiness or problems at site.
5.2) Scaffolding if required and electricity has to be provided by the client whenever and wherever required, free of cost.
5.3) If the Glass procurement falls under Client¶s scope, despite taking appropriate precautions, if there is any breakage / rejection, the same shall be
borne by the Client.
5.4) Final handing over means smooth operation of windows & protective tape removal after final painting / as per your advice.
It doesnot include cleaning of glasses, dirt & spill overs done by other civil agencies.
5.5) You will be responsible for timely obtaining any planning consents, permissions, road permits, approvals, visas, for any work required before/for
the installation at your costs.
5.6) Acuglaze windows are finished products and must be installed only after brick work, plaster, pop and flooring etc. if the sills are of granite or
marble, windows should be installed after curing of sill. In some cases, sill can break during drilling if improperly fixed. Should this happen, We
will not be responsible for the same.
6. Offer Validity
This proposal is valid for 30 days.

7. Order Confirmation
Please place your order alongwith
a) This copy of quotation and proposal duly stamped ´Good for Fabrication´and signed on every page, confirming the techno- commercial details
i.e billing details, Glass specs, opening directions ,fittings, fabrication sizes, elevations and price.
b) Cheque of Advance payment in favour of ³GLASXPRESS´
c) Changes in sizes, elevations or any other changes regarding window/door design, after confirmation will not be possible.
8. Arbitration And Jurisdiction For Disputes

In the event of any disputes or differences regarding the interpretation of the terms and conditions governing the contract or any other related
matter, if not resolved mutually in a reasonable way will be dealt legally. All disputes between parties will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts at
Siliguri.
