    The patient presented with shortness of breath and chest pain. On examination, the patient showed restlessness, cyanosis, and altered mental status. Vital signs were abnormal. The plan was for 8 hours of nursing interventions including monitoring breathing, providing oxygen supplementation, repositioning, and breathing exercises to improve ventilation and oxygenation as shown on follow up blood gases. After 8 hours, the interventions successfully improved the patient's condition.
