    1) The thickness report was for an end plate from equipment CYGNUS 1 UW at the LOYANG OFFSHORE SUPPLY BASE site for client ENSCO ASIA. 2) Ultrasonic thickness testing was performed on August 28th, 1998 at 5 locations on the end plate. 3) The results of the testing found the thickness at all 5 locations to be between 38.2mm and 38.3mm, meeting the nominal thickness requirements.
