    Re: Quotation proposal for 5 ton capacity Double Girder Overhead Crane

    Dear Mr Albert,

    We wish to quote for the supply and installation of 1 unit 5 ton capacity overhead crane.

    The materials and job descriptions are as follows:

    A.) Drive Motor


     5 ton capacity Hitachi Cable Hoist
    220 v , 3 phase
    Crab type
    Hitachi Japan

    B.) End Truck


     End Truck : 1 pair 5 ton capacity End Truck
    220v, 3 phase
    Yaskawa motor

    C.) Girder - Fabrication and engineering of 23.7m double girder including


    cutting, welding and complete assembly.

     Bridge Electrification System – busbar with complete accessories

    D.) Runway – T-rails to be used as runway

     Runway Electrification System – busbar with complete accessories

    E.) Labor, Delivery and Installation


     Mobilization and Demobilization
     Assembly/Installation of Girder
     Installation of Saddle
     Installation of Runway
     Installation of electrical and power cables
     Circuit breaker
    OWNER’S ACCOUNT:

    1. Rooms for safekeeping


    2. Electrical power required for operating tools and equipment during installation, testing and
    adjustments
    3. Government Permits, etc.
    4. All other works related to building construction.

    CONTRACT PRICE:

    TERMS OF PAYMENT: 50% downpayment upon approval of quotation


    20% progress billing
    20% progress billing
    10% progress billing

    JOB COMPLETION : Seventy (75) working days

    GUARANTEE : One (1) year warranty on services.


    Free Quarterly Service Maintenance during the warranty period.

    Testing, commissioning and inspection shall be done with owner’s representative prior to acceptance.

    This proposal will serve as an irrevocable contract agreement if conformed and will bind us to the
    terms and conditions stated above.

    We hope our offer merits your favorable approval.
