Narrative Report about COVID Prevention

The moment I learned about Corona Virus 2019 (COVID-19) and how
it can easily transfer from one person to another was very alarming and
captured my attention, taken into account the safety of my family especially
my baby who is very vulnerable from any disease because of his young age,
and also my husband and my father who are working hard outside for us.
Hence, our family decided to adopt some health practices in order to prevent
our family from getting infected by the virus and help our government to
flatten the curve.

We started by simply staying at home and spend most of the time

together because obviously this is the easiest and safest thing to do; the
next thing we did was, whenever we go outside to buy some essentials we
impose discipline within ourselves thru practicing social distancing and going
away with sick people; moreover, as much as possible we eat lots of
nutritious food to improve our immunity; and practice personal hygiene
especially when go back in our home after doing some errands.

On the other hand, it is also very important to consider to be

productive while staying at home, doing something new and discovering
things we have never experienced before is a great thing. I consider it
essential because after all of these tremendous amount of bad news about
the crisis that currently happening we need to maintain the stability of our
mental health. It was proven that when an individual is not mentally healthy
it will affect his over-all wellbeing, that’s why we need to balance everything
in order to maintain healthy mind and body.
