    Good Day.

    CN 100 Lab (Anatomy and Physiology Laboratory) was assigned to me last September 9, 2020 in-line
    with the request of Mrs. Thea Acantilado. In this connection, I’m writing this letter of request to ask
    permission to conduct the aforementioned course in a work from home arrangement at 5 PM - 8 PM
    of Wednesdays and Thursdays for my safety and due to limited public transportation at the time I
    end the class.
