    RULES ON ATTENDANCE
    Students are required to satisfy the maximum number of contact hours for each
    training core. They are only allowed to make 5 absences per semester. Unexcused absences
    for 6 consecutive days shall be a sanction, such as disciplinary action or drop from classes,
    depending on the nature of the problem.

    SUPPORT SERVICES
    A. Health Services
    Health Services will be made available to students/trainees/trainers by providing
    medicines and other first aid treatment in case of emergency. It is readily
    available in case of emergency. Serious cases will be referred to the hospital.

    B. Career Guidance/ Placement Services


    Interview before enrolment shall be conducted to ensure that the student/trainee
    have the indication and interest toward the course they enrol. Monitoring and
    career guidance in the form of orientation shall be provided to the students on a
    scheduled session.

    There is a conduct of school to school campaign yearly leading to career


    pathway as guide to the students when they will enrol to college.

    C. Foundation
    Every August of the year as acquaintance party to all students/trainees who
    enrol to Exelient International Institute together with the Teaching and Non-
    Teaching Staffs. It is an Annual Thanksgiving for the Institution, its staffs,
    trainers and trainees.

    D. Student/Trainees Supreme Council


    Organize an organization like Student Supreme/Trainees Council for those
    students who are potentials and willing to serve the school demonstrating their
    skills and talents as leaders with the support of the school administration.

    TRAINEE ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
    Trainees or students who wish to enter this training should
    possess the following requirements:

     Graduate of Baccalaureate Degree or equivalent in


    training/experience along the field of Technical-Vocational
    Education and Training;
     Certified at the same or higher NC level in the qualification that
    will be handled (for Technical
    trainers);

     at least completed the 10-year basic education


     Able to communicate orally and in writing;
     Physically fit and mentally healthy;
     Proficient in quantitative and qualitative analysis;
     Proficient in verbal reasoning

    TRAINEE ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

    Trainees or students who wish to enter this training should possess the following
    requirements:

    1. can communicate in basic English both oral and written


    2. at least completed the 10-year basic education
    3. can perform basic mathematical computation
