INTRODUCTION

The e-internship is an integral platform for anyone to gain experience in

an actual workplace. Thus, Online internship is a good opportunity for
law and legal methods students to learn, to gain, experience and also to
make preparation. It is well said that “Men learn through experience,
and a real life is full of different kind of experiences.” We will
encounter many difficulties and obstacles, and with experiences we are
expected to be able to encourage and complete the cleansing process.
Experience in my eyes is a very valuable thing in life because we need
to be brave in taking risks. It is also not something that we simply care,
but we need to undergo through it. By doing my Online internship in an
actual helped me to know and discover myself from different angle.
This E-internship report includes all the learning elements which I have
grasped during continuing weeks of internship.
Being the Judicature of H.C at Bangalore Advocate, Mr. Harikrishna
Holla not only introduced me to the documents and made me understand
legal matters in term of research on various causes and cases related to
litigation for greater learning experience. The Report consists of all such
matters which I learnt during online internship.
The Report consists of week wise record of my doings in the E-
internship which also sums up the experience I gained, awareness about
the legal system of India and getting through the true meaning of law.

CONCLUSION

I can honestly say that my time spent interning E-Internship resulted in

one of the best Summer of my life.  Not only did I gain practical skills
but I also had the opportunity to enhance my Research Skills. The Task
and Assignment given by Adv. Holla was always challenging which
made me feel to learn at ease. Additionally, I felt like I was able to
contribute something to legal system by assisting and working on cases
throughout the internship break. For example, Adv. Holla gave me
opportunity to interpret some cases. Also, I noted the points regarded to
cases according to their depth which was time to time regained and
corrected by him . In addition to these cases, I also contributed him for
case organization, relating cases with respective Bare Acts, and many
other weekly.

While I was able to learn a lot from normal legal life, my most
memorable days Memorial Drafting . I also related my theoretical
learning to this real life circumstance and applied, what I was taught in
college. Overall, my Online internship with Adv. Ashar Akhtar has
been a success. I was able to gain practical skills, and make connections
that will last a lifetime. I could not be more thankful.
