    025, Purok 13, Apugan, Irisan, Baguio City, Philippines , do hereby acknowledge
    receipt of the amount of One Hundred Fifty Thousand (P 150, 000.00) from Aida A.
    Pagaspas, likewise of legal age, single, Filipino, and a resident of JB-073 Capjaran,
    Km. 4, Pico, La Trinidad, Benguet, Philippines as full payment of that 118 portion of
    my parcel of land with improvement situated at Apugan, Irisan, Baguio City covered
    and embraced by Katibayan ng Orihinal na Titulo Blg. P-3039, of the Register of
