In pursuant to Govt.of Assam letter NO.FSA 6/2006/PT-I/239, Dated 30-03-2013
and Govt of India latter no 1-1/2013-BPJII(3) dated 25/3/2013 and in reference to this
Directorate Savingram No.DS 86/2013/233, Dated 23-12-2013,and Govt of Assam
W.T.Message no FSA6/2006/PT-I/264 dated 12-7-2013 following Roller Flour Mills will
deliver wheat products to the PDS nominees of DC's/SDO's/Councils as under out of
January 2014 quota APL wheat on payment of price at Govt fixed rate within 40 days
from the date of order. Unlifted Atta, if any, shall not be disposed of in open market but
to carry over the stock to the subsequent month and allotment of APL wheat shall be
reduced proportionately.

2. All Dc's/SDO's, Principal Secretary, Autonomous Council, Diphu z Haflong for

information and necessary action. They will kindly comply with Govt instruction vide
No.FSA.216/2004(1l0 dated 6-12-2005. They will arrange lifting of wheat products
from mills through PDS nominees as per demand/requirement placed through
GPSS/registered dealers for distribution to actual beneficiaries in PDS. They will
furnish 'the lifting position of wheat products to this Directorate. As free sale of atta
is not allowed and this Directorate has to furnish the utilization certificate to Govt,
they will submit the lifting report by 3rd of every month. They will instruct the Area
Officers for timely submission of return as per Govt instruction dated 6-12-2005
cited above. They are requested to uplode the sub-allotment amongst the allottees/
nominees of their Sub-Division on the District ebsite positively.
3. The Deputy Director Food, Civil-Supplies and Consumer Affairs Kamrup (M).He is
requested to sub-allocate 450 qtls atta and 20 qtls bran to Dakshin Bagaribari GPSS
Kachamari as per entitlement of APL F.I.Cards
4. All Deputy Directors / Asstt. Directors /Supdt. Of Food, Civil Supplies and
Consumer Affairs for information and necessary action.

DC/SDO/Councils on quantity of wheat products lifted by PDS nominees from the
mills. Unlifted Atta, if any, shall not be disposed of in open market but to carryover
the stock to the subsequent month. Non-receipt of information will lead to action as
per laws/ rules. They will act as per terms & conditions of licence issued to them
under the APDA order, 1982.

2. All Dc's/SDO's, Principal Secretary, Autonomous Council, Diphu/Haflong for

information and necessary action. They will kindly comply with Govt instruction vide
No.FSA.216/2004/110 dated 6-12-2005. They will arrange lifting of wheat products
from mills through PDS nominees as per demand/requirement placed through
GPSS / registered dealers for distribution to actual beneficiaries in PDS. They will furnish
the lifting position of wheat products to this Directorate. As free stile of atta is not
allJ1.wed and this Directorate has to furnish the utilization certificate to Govt, they will
submit the lifting report by 3rd of every month. They will instruct the Area Officers for
timely submission of return as per Govt instruction dated 6-12-2005 cited above.They
are requested to uplode the sub-allotment amongst the allottees/ nominees of their
Sub-Division on the District ebsite positively.

3. The Deputy Director Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Kamrup (M).He is
requested to sub-allocate 450 qtls atta and 20 qtls bran to Dakshin Bagaribari GPSS
Kacharnari as per entitlement of APL F.I.Cards

Affairs for information and necessary action. -

8. R.F. Mills concerned. They will deliver wheat products to the PDS nominees of
DC'sjSDO's/Councils and submit report to this Directorate with copy to
DC/SDO/Councils on quantity of wheat products lifted by PDS nominees from the
mills. Unlifted Atta, if any, shall not be disposed of in open market but to carry over the
stock to the subsequent month. Non-receipt of information will lead to action R~er
