Applications are invited ed from bright, young talents for 10 positions of Junior Research Fellow
(JRF) and 2 Research Associates (RA) to work in challenging area of research of national
importance. Solid State Physics Laboratory (SSPL) is pursuing research in the areas of advanced advance
semiconductor materials and devices. Some of the research areas include development of
compounds semiconductors (bulk crystal and epilayer structure), MEMS, MMICs, laser diodes,
IR sensors, Nano-technology
technology etc. The laboratory is equipped with state of art ar material
preparation, characterization, device fabrication and circuit design facilities.
