A pirate named Billy Bones comes to stay at the Admiral Benbow, an
inn owned by Jim’s mother. When he dies, Jim and his mother find a
treasure map. Jim takes it to Dr.Livescy and Squire Trehawney, who
agree to outfit a ship and search for the treasure. Long John Silver, who
signs on as a cook but is in fact a notorious pirate, enlists a crew of
pirates. As soon as the ship reaches the island, the pirates mutiny. Jim
separated from the rest of the loyal crew, finds an English man
marooned on the island, Ben Gunn who agrees to help in return for a
share of the treasure and safe passage to England.

legends, the Greeks spent 10 years trying to break into the city. Year
after year they fought, and year after neither side won. One Greek
general, Odysseus had an idea: “Let’s pretend to sail away. We‘ll leave
a gift for Troy to announce the end of the war-a wooden horse with 30
men hidden inside. At night, these men can split out and open the gates
of Troy!”
