    MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

    between
    SAMAHAN NG KABATAANG BOLUNTARYO NG PILIPINAS
    and
    ANG SAMAHAN NG KABATAANG AMPUTI LAYAG - ASKAL

    WHEREAS, Samahan ng Kabataang Boluntaryo ng Pilipinas (hereinafter known as


    SKBP) and Ang Samahan ng Kabataang Amputi Layag – ASKAL (hereinafter
    known as ASKAL) (together, hereinafter known as the Parties) have come together for a
    partnership for the upcoming MAKA- TAO: Youth Volunteers Summit (hereinafter
    known as Project), an online event arranged by SKBP.
    WHEREAS, the Parties both agreed to enter into a partnership agreement in which
    SKBP will be the lead organization and ASKAL will be a partner for the Project.
    WHEREAS, the Partners desire to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding setting
    forth the responsibilities and benefits provided by the partnership.
    WHEREAS, the effectivity of this Memorandum shall be on the day of its conception
    July 18, 2020, until the end of the month.
    WHEREAS, the Parties seek to apprise that they both agreed on the following
    conditions:
    1. That ASKAL will receive the benefits which are listed below from SKBP:
     Promotion of ASKAL’s publication materials/initiatives via social
    media platforms, particularly through our Official Facebook Page;

     At least 50 likes on ASKAL’s Facebook Page;


     Internal post through FB group/s and group chat/s encouraging members
    to donate or to support ASKAL’s projects/initiatives
     Live acknowledgement of the organization’s name and tagline before, during, and
    after the summit.
    2. That SKBP will receive the benefits which are listed below from ASKAL:
     Promotion of SKBP’s publication materials/initiatives via social media platforms,
    particularly through your Official Facebook Page;

     At least 50 likes on SKBP’s Official Facebook Page;


     At least 20 likes and shares on all publications or promotional materials of
    the Project on Facebook and Twitter;
     Internal post through FB group/s and group chat/s encouraging members
    to participate in the Project.

    NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual interests and benefits described


    above, the Parties agree to work together in the manner stated.
