    LEARNING OBJECTIVES  State the 6 importance of staying healthy physically,
    mentally and emotionally
     Create a session of expressing their feelings to release their
    stress
     Exercise regularly to keep our physical, mental and
    emotions healthy
    ACTIVITIES Pre Lesson:
    - Teacher shows a few short videos on sports games.
    - Teacher asks the pupils a few questions based on the videos.
    - Teacher elicits ideas from the pupils.
     
    · What kind of activities can you see from the videos?
    · Do you like these activities? Explain.
     
    Activity 1:
    1. Pupils are divided into few groups.
    2. Each group will brainstorm to get the ideas on how to stay
    healthy.
    3. Teacher asks each group to discuss about the importance of
    staying healthy, physically, mentally and emotionally.
    4. Each group will share the views.
    5. The teacher gives feedback on responses.

    Activity 2:
    1. Pupils write down the problems or stress they are facing on
    a piece of paper.
    2. In groups, pupils discuss the ways of solving and release the
    stress.
    3. Pupils share their opinions and make a conclusion on the
    best way to release their stress.

    Activity 3:
    1. Pupils are divided into groups.
    2. Each group takes turn to answer the quiz.
    3. The group with the highest marks is the winner.
