    Respondent PP, through the undersigned counsels and unto this


    Honorable Office files this Notice of Appeal and most respectfully states
    that;

    I. TIMELINESS OF APPEAL

    1. The Omnibus Decision dated ____________ issued by the


    Honorable PNP Disciplinary Authority of the above titled
    administrative cases was received by herein Respondent on
    ______________ From then, the Respondent had ten (10) days to
    file a Motion for Reconsideration 1 to assail the said Omnibus
    Decision, which the Respondent timely filed on __________________

    2. On___________, herein Respondent received a copy of the Joint


    Resolution2 of the Honorable PNP Disciplinary Authority,
    which denied his Motion for Reconsideration. From then, the
    Respondent has ten (10) days to file his Notice of Appeal. Given
    that the tenth day falls_________________, which is a Saturday,

    herein Respondent has until 05 October 2020 to file his Notice
    of Appeal, thus the timely filing of the same.

    Respondent guilty of Grave Dishonesty.

    TAKEN

    Rule 17, Section 19 of NAPOLCOM Memorandum Circular No.


    2016-002 provides that the disciplinary action imposed by the PNP
    Regional Director may be appealed to the Regional Appellate Board of
    NAPOLCOM.
