    words!

    Based on today’s presentation that have done by group seven, need


    analysis and feasibility study are particularly important for event management.
    There are some steps to conduct need analysis such as respond to the “W”
    questions, analyze capabilities, set up the goals for the event, conduct feasibility
    study, and distribute the resources correctly. After analyzing the needs, event
    organizer also needs to do the training for need analysis to determine all the
    training that needs to be completed in certain period to allow their team to
    complete their job as effectively as possible. Before committing to an event, its
    organizers need to determine how feasible or otherwise it would be to conduct
    that event. There are many considerations that may be taken into account in
    conducting a feasibility study such as budget requirements, managerial skill
    needs, venue capacities, etc. It should be noted as well that the level of detail and
    complexity associated with these studies will vary. An event such as the Olympic
    Games, for example, is likely to involve a more lengthy and detailed process than,
    say, a regional sporting championship or an association conference.
