The inward & outward sockets can be introduced in pre
cast box panels which is used to control lateral, upward &
downward movements of pre cast boxes.

After the curing, pre cast boxes shall be transported to construction sites by a
boom truck.
Head Walls up to culvert Base Level shall be constructed before placing of pre cast
boxes.
The Placing bed for Pre Cast Boxes shall be prepared with ABC (150mm Thick) plus
15mm Thick quarry dust layer.
Pre Cast Boxes shall be placed across the road by a Boom Truck
The possible time frame for this method of a pre cast box culvert
completion is about 08 Hours, and can be opened for traffic.
(Except Balance Part of the Head Walls etc..)

- Two Skilled Workmen
- Two Un-skilled Workmen
- Boom Truck Operator
