2-4 Players Designer: J. Alex Kevern


Object: Over 3 rounds, send supporters to areas to collect cards, win VP for most supporters
in an area and for exhibit cards, and sets of unique exhibits.
Setup
• Put board and top wedge together per player count. Arrange area tiles randomly around wheel.
• Put Ferris wheel car at the bottom of the Ferris wheel, round marker on Round 1
• 2p: remove 6 cards – 1 midway ticket & 1 main exhibit from each of the 5 categories
• 4p: remove 9 cards – 5 midway tickets, 2 Daniel Burnham, 1 George Davis, 1 Bertha Palmer card
• Shuffle the remaining cards into a draw deck, put face-down by board, deal 2 face-up by each area
• Each player gets: 22 supporters of a color. Players put 1 supporter on each of the 5 areas.
• Pick start player, award start bonus card to each player for position – perform actions on cards

Player Turn
• Place 1 supporter in an area [if none available, may move from another area]
• Play [or discard] all influential figure cards collected from previous turns, in any order
- add 1 supporter to same area - add 1 supporter to adjacent area [next to base <> adjacent]
- move any supporter from one area to another - add 1 supporter to area indicated
• Take all cards from area where supporter was placed, lay face-up in front of you. Move the Ferris
wheel car 1 space for each midway ticket taken.
• Add 3 cards, starting with the area where supporter was placed, clockwise. If area at capacity [3
or 4 ] cards, skip it.
• If the Ferris wheel reaches the bottom, perform scoring before the next player’s turn.

Scoring Phase
• Move the round marker forward to the end of the current round
• +2 VP for most midway tickets [tie: all get 2 VP], redeem midway tickets for 1VP each, discard.
• Score each area clockwise. Leader medal goes to 1st place & 2nd place [for 3p/4p]. 1st place can
approve 3 matching exhibits , 2nd place can approve 1 - discard cards and gain approval
tokens for each area: . See scoring card for tie rules.
• After scoring all areas, recall 1 supporter for every 2 in an area.
• Move the round marker forward to the start of the next round

End Game
• After 3rd scoring phase is complete, total VP from coins + leader medals + exhibit token sets
• Add sets of approved exhibit tokens to score: set of 5 unique tokens = 15 VP, set of 4 = 10 VP,
set of 3 = 5 VP, set of 2 = 3 VP, single 1 = 1 VP
• Most VP wins. Tie: most exhibit tokens, fewest unapproved main exhibit cards
