    In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section (5) of the Central Goods and
    Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), hereinafter referred to as the “said Act”, read with notification
    No. 02/2017 – Central Tax dated 19.06.2017, the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs
    hereby assigns the case specified at Column (2) of the Table below to the Central Tax officer
