    4. All the legal matters pertaining to the Entrance Test shall be subject to Lucknow Judicature only.

    5. State Ranks and Category Ranks allotted to all candidates are based on the data provided / documents uploaded
    by them at the time of filling the form and marks secured by them in the entrance examination.

    6. If any of the document / certificate (caste, income, marksheets, weightage etc.) uploaded by a candidate is found
    invalid during the verification with original documents at the time of admission, the candidate’s state & category
    ranks, provisional admission and seat allotted to the candidate will be cancelled and for that the candidate himself
    / herself shall be solely responsible.
