Elevations in uric acid can occur in conditions such as renal failure, gout, excessive cell destruction, and certain endocrine disorders. The patient's uric acid level was analyzed using the URICASE/PAP method and the results were reviewed by Dr. T. Pavani Kiranmai.

endocrine disorders, acidosis, toxemia of pregnancy, hereditary gout, and glycogen storage disease type.
