    APPROVING THE COMPREHENSIVE BARANGAY YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PLAN


    CY 2022-2023 OF THE KATIPUNAN NG KABATAAN OF BARANGAY TUBOD.

    Whereas, THE MEMBERS OF THE KATIPUNAN NG KABATAAN (KK) of Barangay


    Tubod, Carmen, Davao del Norte in consultation with the different stakeholders, Non-
    Government Organization, government agencies and the residents of said barangay
    identify, prioritize and endorse the different projects/programs for inclusion in the
    Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan (CBYDP) CY 2021-2023 to address
    the needs, aspiration and welfare of the constituents;

    Whereas, the identify projects/programs included in the Comprehensive Barangay


    Youth Development Plan of Barangay Tubod are most important aspects to be
    improved in the youth sector of the barangay. The SK Council find it imperative on the
    approval of this said resolution;

    Whereas, NOW, THEREFORE, upon motion of Hon. Reymund Macaraeg and


    unanimously seconded by the KATIPUNAN NG KABATAAN MEMBERS.

    BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT HEREBY RESOLVED, APPROVING THE


    COMPREHENSIVE BARANGAY YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PLAN CY 2021-2023 OF
    THE KATIPUNAN NG KABATAAN OF BARANGAY TUBOD.

    RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished to the office of SB,
    MPDC, and MBO, of this municipality for their information and approval.

    Series of 2020

    A RESOLUTION
    APPROVING THE 2021 ANNUAL BARANGAY YOUTH INVESTMENT PROGRAM (ABYIP)
    OF BARANGAY TUBOD.

    WHEREAS, Article 2 Section 12 of the 1987 Philippine Constitution states that “the State
    recognizes the vital role of the youth in nation-building and shall promote and protect their
    physical, moral, spiritual, intellectual and social; well-being. It shall inculcate in the youth,
    patriotism and nationalism and encourage their involvement in public and civic affairs”.

    WHEREAS, Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 10742 also known as the
    Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015 provides in Chapter II section 8 paragraph (a)
    states that “In consultation and with the concurrence of the Katipunan ng Kabataan, and within
    three (3) months from the assumption of office, formulate a three (3)-year rolling plan, which
    shall be known as the Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan, which shall serve as
    basis in preparation of the Annual Barangay Youth Investment Program”.

    WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan, with the concurrence of the Katipunan ng Kabataan of
    Barangay Tubod drafted and approved a Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan
    for the (duration of plan), last 14th of September 2020;

    WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Tubod has prepared the 2021 Annual
    Barangay Youth Investment Program in accordance with the approved Comprehensive
    Barangay Youth Development Plan

    NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE


    SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BARANGAY TUBOD to approve its 2021 Annual Barangay
    Youth Investment Program

    Adopted this 14TH day of September 2020 at Barangay Tubod Hall, Purok 3 Tubod, Carmen,
    Davao del Norte.

    APPROVING THE ANNUAL BUDGET 10% SHARE OF THE SANGGUNIANG


    KABATAAN FOR THE CY 2021 OF BARANGAY TUBOD, CARMEN, DAVAO DEL
    NORTE IN THE AMOUNT OF PHP 890, 647.00.

    Whereas, THE MEMBERS OF THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN Council (SK) of


    Barangay Tubod, Carmen, Davao del Norte in consultation with the different
    stakeholders, Non-Government Organization, government agencies and the residents
    of said barangay identify, prioritize and endorse the different projects/programs for

    10% SHARE OF THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN FOR THE CY 2020 OF
    BARANGAY TUBOD, CARMEN, DAVAO DEL NORTE IN THE AMOUNT OF PHP 890,
    647.00.

    RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished to the office of SB,
    MPDC, and MBO, of this municipality for their information and approval.
