Viva-Voce (20 Marks): Viva-Voce will take place over MS Teams. Students will be assessed on particular topics from Company Law syllabus.
• The questions can range from theory-based to application/analysis-based.
• Even though 5-6 students would be present on MS Team, each student will be assessed and marked individually. Hence, it is not a group assessment. • Both Audio and Video accessibility should be on during the viva. • Each student will have approximately 10 minutes for viva-voce. • For preparation, a student should concentrate on legal concepts, case laws and legal provisions taught under the particular topic. • Viva sessions would be recorded, but it would be released for the class to watch at the end of all the viva sessions. Viva marks would also be released in the end after all the rounds. This is to maintain fairness throughout the process.
