    AFFIDAVIT OF PARENTAL ADVICE ON MARRIAGE

    I, DIANA D. GAVIOLA. of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Brgy. T.R.


    Yangco, Dimasalang, Masbate, after having sworn in accordance with law, do hereby
    depose and state:

    1. That I am the parent of RICHEL D. GAVIOLA who was born on November


    7, 1996 in Brgy. T.R. Yangco, Dimasalang, Masbate;
    2. That my child Richel D. Gaviola is intending to contract marriage with
    SHIGENAO HATTORI;
    3. That I hereby advise my child to marry Mr. Shigenao Hattori legally and to
    live together, observe mutual love, respect and fidelity and support each other
    for as long as you live;
    4. That I am executing this affidavit for all legal intents.
