Antique), by undersigned Prosecution Attorney and unto this
Honorable Court most respectfully states:

that the Pre-trial order be amended to include the doctor as additional
witness to be presented during trial;

proceeding in this case.

WHEREFORE, it is prayed of this Honorable Court that the Pre-


trial be amended to include the doctor as witness to be presented
during trial.

The prosecution further prays for other just and equitable relief
under the premises.
