WARRANT OF ARREST
G R E E T I N G S:
You are hereby commanded to arrest CHRISTOPHER CHU y CHRIS, who is said to be at VITALI,
ZAMBOANGA CITY (per Order dated March 07, 2020), and deliver him to the nearest station or jail.
This warrant must be executed within TEN (10) DAYS from receipt hereof. Within TEN (10) DAYS
after the expiration of such period, the officer whom this warrant assigned for execution must make a
REPORT to the judge who issued and in case of his failure to execute the same shall state the reason
therefore. This warrant of arrest remains valid until the accused is arrested or unless recalled by the
Judge. (Rule 13, Sec. 4, The Revised Rules of Criminal Procedure, as amended. December 1, 2004)

of Section 11& 12, Article 11 of RA 9165 issued by the Honorable Court on December 04, 2020 with the
information that accused, CHRISTOPHER CHU y CHRIS was arrested by elements of this unit led by PMsg.
Joel B. Perez inside the residence of the accused at VITALI, ZAMBOANGA CITY.
Arrested person was apprised of his constitutional rights during the arrest and then brought to
the nearest station for documentation and proper disposition. He was referred to the PNP Crime
Laboratory Group for physical and medical examination and subsequently turned over to NBI
Headquarters for temporary commitment pending the issuance of a Commitment Order by the
Honorable Court.
