Digital Twin
The hart of Digital Twin is the High Fidelity Model of
the plant/unit build in a dynamic simulator.
The plant/unit automation system shall be modelled.
The Built Model shall be feed with real plant data
from DCS, Historians, Lab system.

Digital Twin Advantages
The dynamic model advantages:
optimize the design of the unit
test the proposed control system and to pre-tune the control loops
evaluate the emergency scenarios during HAZOP and to provide
pertinent answers during different safety risk analysis
Proper select the MOC during emergency depressurization
(rigorous MDMT determination)
PRV and flare loads optimization
