estimates in light of the economic census for FY 2012/2013 that was issued by the CAPMAS in Dec.2014 for the first time after a halt

It is worth mentioning that the Ministry of Planning, Monitoring and Administrative Reform revised the GDP volu
estimates in light of the economic census for FY 2012/2013 that was issued by the CAPMAS in Dec.2014 for t
of 15 years. The results of this economic census helped in the inclusion of a larger number of establishments
new and actual sources of data. This, in turn, contributed to improving the estimates of the size of the informa
were used in revising the GDP series for the period 2011/2012- 2014/2015.

‫تجدر االشارة الى قيام وزارة التخطيط والمتابعة واالصالح االدارى بمراجعة تقديرات حجم الناتج المحلى فى ضوء نتائج التعداد االقتصادى للعام‬

‫يقرب من ‪ 15‬سنة‪ .‬وقد ساعدت نتائج التعداد االقتصادي في تحقيق قدر أكبر م‬
‫مرة بعد انقطاع ما ُ‬
‫للتعبئة العامة واالحصاء فى ديسمبر ‪ 2014‬ألول ّ‬
