1. Download this spreadsheet and complete the spreadsheet via the instructions below.
3. Indicate your Program Name in line 16, column A.
2. Use columns A - D to date and briefly describe activities by the Area of Learning (see examples in gray below). Include the hours for the individual activities.
4. Once hours are listed, total the hours will be calulated automatically at the end of the document.
5. At the end of the semester, when spreadsheet is complete, save as a PDF using the following title: Last Name-First Name-Hours-Activities.pdf.
6. Once saved, you will upload the spreadsheet to your binder in Tk20 using the instructions in the link below.
7. Notify your supervisors
