HRM plan is the key prerequisite for a firm/business/enterprise to be succeed in their goals or for

a specific objective lie under some kind of current project (Qudah and et al., 2020). HRM

planning is a plan or design to execute to in a systematic way to carry out HR operations in the

attainment of objective effectively. The HRM Plan for said project is given as:

The organisation chart is simply represent structural breakdown of any organisation or project. It

usually explain the hierarchy of Human Resource of any firm. It is graphical representation of

RACI Matrix

RACI is usually defined as the matrix which shows rectangular representation of duties of

project members, more precisely it displays who is responsible for certain task, who is

accountable for certain task, who is consultant for the task and to whom all this have to be

informed. In other words, this matrix simply maps out all the task or assignment of a project and

also defines the duties of different stakeholders regarding task. This Matrix is for IT related

project management.

Resource histogram is kind of a bar chart which represents the breakdown of estimated time for

the project among human resources. It depicts how much time of total time estimated has been

allotted to certain resource. This histogram also shows IT related project management.

Cost management plan is the overall estimation of financing for a project. It gives all the budget

estimates and actual costs that were involve in the project. It describes how much the cost

Bottom up budgeting is an approach for cost management plan in which costs estimates for each

departments of project were made individually so this approach depict cost estimates with more

depth. This budgeting is for IT project.

For example 25% of cost will be made and only 13% of cumulative progress is attained. This S-

2. Procurement Plan
Procurement plan is needed to present an overall plan as per given requisition made by head of a

specific operation or project. This plan includes the requirement of procuring the resources from
market through a proper channel with best quality to meet requisitions.It is an agreement with

Communication Plan is an instrument that is useful to distribute information among project team

and stakeholders. it provides guidelines for sharing information among stakeholders and it tells
