Notes:
1. This is a computer generated delivery advice and does not require any signature.
2. This DA is valid for 15 days from the date of issue. For whatever reason, if the Loan is not disbursed
within 15 days of issuance of this DA, then the Bank will not be liable to pay the Dealer.
3. In case, it is later found that customer had a different product from the dealer than one specified in the
invoice provided, then the Bank will not be liable to pay for that case. In case amount is transferred
already, the Bank is allowed to adjust the same from subsequent disbursals along with penalty.
4. Do not deliver the product over the counter. Only deliver it at the address provided above. Only
exceptions are smartphones, camera, laptops which can be handed to customer at store.
5. It is mandatory for the dealer to click and upload a photo in IDFC FIRST Bank delivery app at the time
of delivery – picture should be of asset with customer. Please follow this link to download delivery app

6. In case of digital products (Smart Phone/Camera/Laptops which are delivered over the counter), Dealer
has to ensure that box is opened in the store, customer acknowledgement is taken for receipt of goods
and picture of open box at store with customer is taken and uploaded on IDFC First Loans delivery
Mobile App.
7. Dealer has to check original photo ID proof of customer before handing over goods. Dealer staff is
expected to match a) the name in original ID card with the name given in this DA b) Photo in ID card
with the person to whom goods are being given. This is required for all cases and products.
8. It is dealer’s responsibility to have delivery proof with customer acknowledgement on records and to
share with IDFC FIRST Bank Ltd as and when requested.
9. Your actual Rate of Interest may vary from the Rate of Interest mentioned in this Sanction Letter which
is due to system logics and rounding off mechanism. However, your EMI amount will remain the
same.
10. Other Charges pertain to cost incurred to pull customer’s bureau details.

1. It will be the sole responsibility of the dealer to ensure that all document as required by the Bank are
checked, validated and verified before delivering the product. Loan will not be booked by IDFC FIRST
bank if documents collected from customer are incomplete/discrepant.
