4. Payment Terms:
A. For Import : 100% Advance with work order.
B. For Local : 50% Advance with work order, 40% as running bill & 10% payment after work completion.
5.Payment System : Cash Cheque/Account payee cheque (Payee cheque in favour of "G. Mostafa Trade").
6.Project Completion: Within 20 (Twenty) days after receiving of payment.
Exclusions: Anything not specifically mentioned in this offer is excluded. However, this offer specifically excludes all
civil works, ceiling work & other utility services, security services of the equipment/product etc.

7.0 INSTALLATION,TESTING, COMMISSIONING & BALANCING

After proper installation, the system shall be tested, commissioned and
balanced as per direction and recommendation.Equipment shall be tested
and commissioned as per recommendation of the manufacturer by means
for running each equipment independently in order to complete individual
testing. System charging with refrigerant (if required) shall be done as per
manufacturer;s recommendation. Proper evacuation, vacuum & pressure
test shall be done. All controls shall be balanced properly. Testing shall be
done on presence of the owner's representative and shall be properly
recorded.
After proper testing, commissioning and balancing, the system shall run for
seven days up to the satisfaction of the owner.
