INTERNAL MEMO: KYC/VERIFICATION ADVISORY.

Management have partnered with a NIN VERIFICATION SERVICE PROVIDER in order to provide the
services to our members so as to enhance our KYC policy against double identity in our program.
1, KYC/VERIFICATION is STRICTLY through National Identity Number (NIN).
2, PLEASE NOTE THAT NATIONAL IDENTITY NUMBER (N.I.N) ENROLLMENT IS FREE. However, we
have made a special arrangement for members that do not have NIN to enroll into the National
Database for the purpose of N.I.N (NIN); but these category of members will have to pay a sum of
N700 BEING AMOUNT REQUIRED FOR LOGISTICS, ADMINISTRATION OF FACILITATORS AND
INFRASTRUCTURES COST REQUIRED FOR THIS ARRANGEMENT.
3, VERIFICATION (V) for members that already have their NIN is to be done at N200
4, Payment should be made using the link provided before accessing the service.
5, A code will be sent to you after payment as a confirmation and to be followed by a message
stating your choice of LG where you will access the service that you require.
6, Interested exchangers who are very competent and have very good experience in the use of
ICTs can apply as desk officers to participate in this exercise in their local government (PLEASE
NOTE THAT WE CAN ONLY TAKE ONE PERSON PER LOCAL GOVERNMENT. THEY WILL BE TRAINED
AND BE PAID FOR THEIR SERVICES EXCLUSIVELY. APPLICATION WILL START FOR THIS ON FRIDAY
24TH, JULY 2020. DETAILS WILL BE PROVIDED ON THURSDAY 23RD, 2020).
7, Names, Addresses, Phone numbers of the desk officers will be published after training on all our
platforms on or before 28th July, 2020 for us to access the closest to us for the service that we
require.
8, Only accredited InksNation members with access codes that will be admitted for the exercise.
9, Those of us that can't pay online or are not internet savvy can contact the nearest Pinkoin
exchanger point for assistance at a service fee of N100 only.
10, Booking for this exercise will be via the link provided and continues till July 28, 2020 for the
first batch.
