Recognising a need to offer their 600+ employees a more engaging staff wellbeing solution,
Deacons partnered with Total loyalty Company in 2012 to help us start up a staff engagement program where
TLC a program called Deacons Social Circle.

The program consists of a year round calendar of staff activities, the annual Health Week and regular Office
Marketplaces, our signature service where half the staff would visit the marketplace each time for some
instant shopping. The TLC service extends to Deacons CSR programs and green initiatives.
