through others, influence others and also manage entire firm.

Leaders facilitate strategy formulation as well as its implementation.

They are bestowed with the duty of achieving strategic competitiveness and above-average returns.

Leaders make strategic decisions to influence the manner in which organization is designed and how
goals are to be realized.

Leaders take part in developing the structure, corporate culture as well as systems which should be
adhere to in the organization.
Leaders apply their discretion in line with organizational features and external sources in influencing
performance of a firm;both financially and non-financial

Leaders are responsible for dealing with complexity of challenges which have great impact on the
business performance.

Leaders are undertaking effective management of the firm's resource portfolio which is a critical part of
the organization.

Leaders are tasked with aligning human capital such as skills and knowledge of a firm to comfortably fit
in the strategy
