• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of a very controversial multimillion dollar project for the
U.S Army Corp of Engineers.
• Managed the performance of all Subcontractors to ensure complete and proper execution of their
respective scope and full compliance with contract requirements.
• Managed all construction efforts to ensure adherence to project schedule and budget.
• Managed all logistics on site to ensure materials, equipment and other resources were properly
deployed in support of construction operations and in compliance with any site restrictions.
• Coordinated directly with all members of the Project Management Team to ensure all aspects of
project execution are in direct sync with the needs of construction efforts.
