     Title: Proper procedure on how to measure flour.
    Performance Objective: After watching the video; the student will be able to
    demonstrate the proper procedure on how to measure flour.
    Supplies and Material: video clip link, computer/cellphone
    Flour, measuring cups, spatula, bowl, weighting scale, sifter
    Instruction
    1. Go to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uSDjEZ4xF-c
    2. Watch the the full video clip. It’s a demonstration of the proper procedure on how to measure flour.
    3. After watching the video.
    4. Wash your hands, and wear proper PPE
    5. Prepare the materials needed in in the procedure.
    6. Sift the flour first before you measure.
     To remove impurities, lumps, and to incorporate air..
    7. Scope the flour using spoon and fill the cup until overflow.
    8. Scrape the excess flour using spatula in 1 stroke.
     Do not tap the measuring cup.
     Flour should never be packed.
    9. Put in the bowl, and measure another cup of shifted flour according to the recipe.
    10. Sift and put the excess flour immediately into the canister.
