JIC 3063 PTFE Fiber Packing
Pure PTFE fiber yarns are braided into a packing in pH 0 ~ 14

Ramie Packing
JIC 2710 Lubricated / PTFE Impregnated Ramie Packing
This packing is made from ramie yarns thoroughly pH 4 ~ 12
impregnated, during and after braiding, with PTFE dispersion
and special inert lubricants. The Special Lubricants ease Max. Temp. (oC) -30oC + 120oC
fibre to metal contact and embody very high lubricating Max Pressure
properties, tenaciously adhreing to metal shafts.

JIC 2710 GS Grease Lubricated Ramie Packing

Square-braided from long, heavy duty natural fibre yarns. pH 5~9
These high-strength yarns are thoroughly impregnated,
before and after braiding, with a specially blended lubricant. Max. Temp. (oC) -20oC + 120oC
The packing is designed to give a very low coefficient of Max Pressure
friction, resistance to wear and rotting, good compressibility,
high flexibility, high tensile strength and ease of installation.

STARFOIL® Molded Packing

JIC 4101 STARFOIL® (Graphite) Molded Packing

Starfoil® (natural pure graphite) with a wide range of pH 0 ~ 14

service temperature is made into compression mold ring
packing. Especially there is little creep relaxation and Max. Temp. (oC) -240oC ~ 450oC

Through experiences of our company in production of braided packings as well we delivered the
product with detailed quality control of each batch to meet the products quality in their use in many
industries.

In order to obtain the required tightness and operation parameters some types of packings are
impregnated (during the process of weaving as well as on the surface). Packings Product may be
used in dynamic applications such as sealing of glands of pumps, fittings, stirrers or grinders as well
as static such as e.g. sealing of hatches, tanks, flaps etc.
